Beim Nuihausa, a traditional guest house, offers free Wi-Fi, sun terrace, spa facilities, fruit/vegetable garden, and free parking in Reit im Winkl, a Bavarian health resort. Individually furnished rooms and apartments feature wooden floors and non-smoking policy. A traditional Bavarian breakfast buffet and rustic Bauernstube lounge with tiled stove are available. Spa facilities include Finnish sauna, steam room, infrared cabin, and massage area.

The hosts are warm and caring. The wellness area is great and the large swimming pond is free to use. We’ll definitely return. Nothing else to note.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, with a personal touch that felt almost family‑like. Breakfast was great. The building and grounds are in alpine style, with a nice terrace, garden, and a little pond. Comfortable loungers are available with towel and pillow service by the pond/garden. The beverage service follows an honesty principle (self‑service), and there is ample parking. The location is central. I didn’t use the wellness or sauna. The room is slightly noisy.

The location is good, the wellness area is small but acceptable, and breakfast is solid. The room is noisy and bright; you can hear the TV from the neighboring room and it’s hard to get dark inside.

The pool is very beautiful and the old house is beautifully restored. Rooms are well equipped and breakfast is tasty. The room was right next to the street.

The place is small and lovely, the sauna area is fantastic, and the natural pool is just great! No complaints.
