Very nicely renovated and very clean, the host is friendly. Breakfast with a voucher at a nearby café was great. Everything needed is there, we would come back. Free parking nearby (except on market days). The host can’t control it, but due to a nearby construction site and other guests it was a bit noisy at night/early morning. No criticism, just info: there is no lift.

The host Ida’s cordiality, availability and kindness are unmatched. The property, close to the pedestrian centre of S. Benedetto del Tronto, is brand‑new and restored inside a historic house (terra‑cielo), with modern, totally eco‑sustainable furnishings. It’s an open‑space with a private bathroom. We stayed on the top (third) mansard floor, fully equipped. You have to climb stairs, but that’s clearly stated at booking. The only small downside is the mattress, which could be a bit firmer. Everything is top. Congratulations! No complaints.
