The location is wonderful and quiet!

The cleanliness and wall paintings are fine, but the GPS is mandatory to find the place, which is a joke for quietness. It’s ideal. You have to manage breakfast alone, but I was the only guest.

The location was spot‑on and the property itself was solid, but the breakfast was underwhelming—only stale biscotti, a few dry cakes that seemed old, no hot chocolate, no butter. We were also swarmed by mosquitoes, and despite having Wi‑Fi access, there was no internet connection at all. It’s a shame because everything else was good!

The setting was pretty nice, yet it felt impersonal. The host was absent, breakfast was brief and not filling, and I was very disappointed.
