Everything was spot on – the lodge feels like a dream where no request is too big, and the team anticipates your needs before you even think of them. Tim, our ranger, was a knowledge powerhouse whose enthusiasm rubbed off on us; he always tracked the animals we cared about and never missed a beat. The staff keep smiling, the meals are amazing, and the lodge’s vibe is electric. Still, the wildlife, the night sky, and the sweeping views steal the show. We just wish we could have stayed a bit longer.
