The front desk staff were friendly, but the man assisting at breakfast seemed like he was just there by accident. When I asked for a plate, he told me, “You can’t take it, there’s a plate under the cup.” I was shocked; the “Pires under the cup” never gets removed to keep the table clean. I saw two other guests muttering too. Breakfast was more than enough, but the breakfast staff left something to be desired.
