Resort Big House Plitvička jezera

Kind staff, good accommodation and a very pretty environment. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. I have nothing else to say.

“Ottimo albergo e ristorante mah...”

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, but the nearby restaurant felt very rustic, serving almost only grilled meat in the dining room, with smoke and odor. The breakfast was very Nordic, offering little fruit and healthy options.

“tolles Hotel aber Restaurant 0 Sterne”

Accommodation was all excellent. The nearby (40 m) restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner was very disappointing. At dinner we were completely overwhelmed because a larger group apparently had priority. We ordered before some "normal" guests but everyone before us got their food first. When we repeatedly asked where our order was, they denied that it had been forgotten (which alone would have been human and not so bad). The service was also not really present and passed by without a glance. Even before asking about the food, 4 tables that had come after us and ordered were finished with their food before we finally got something. That was cold and tough! I kept that in mind and didn't say more. Hotel Super Restaurant to forget!!
