Let's Stay

“位置很理想，離新村地鐵站很近，而且地鐵出口有電梯可以打搭，公車站也超級近。但房間沒有打掃得很乾淨”

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The room wasn’t cleaned well; on the first day the sink still had hair on the glass. There was a persistent odd smell in the room, so an air freshener was used to mask it, making the scent in the room quite complex.

The room had plenty of space, larger than other hotels in the area, and the bathroom was also very roomy. The staff were super nice and friendly. The room needs a renovation and cleanliness could be better. The sink was clogged with visible dirt in the drain, and dust was on some surfaces. The blankets were uncomfortable, giving me a rash, probably because they use a strong detergent.

The location was amazing and the staff were kind. The room facilities were really nice. There was no hot water in the shower for all three nights. On the second night the gate code didn’t work and I had to wait outside for 30 minutes before being told to use the side door. The room was dark even with all the lights on.

“Un deuxième séjour toujours aussi parfait, hôtel impeccable, emplacement idéal et personnel adorable !”

After spending a few days in Busan and Jeju, I returned to this same hotel because I had loved my first stay. Once again everything was perfect! The hotel was still as clean as ever, the rooms were immaculate, and the location was ideal for visiting Seoul. I had also asked the staff if it was possible to leave my large suitcase at the hotel while I traveled to Busan and Jeju, and they kindly agreed, which made the trip a lot easier! Thanks a lot to the staff for their kindness and availability. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back for my next stay in Seoul. Nothing to note, everything went very well, both during my first stay and upon my return.
