The only good thing was that the staff were very respectful and helpful. The hotel was dirty, with insects everywhere; the beds were unclean and the best room in the hotel didn’t meet a decent standard. I found insects in the room and was moved to another room where I found even more insects, large bugs and lice, and the bed linens were filthy. The hotel had no air‑conditioning, only a fan in the room, and the corridor was not cooled. Overall, the experience was very bad.

“Staff was really good”

The food was good.

The room facilities were of good quality. I had requested a room with one queen bed, but the staff told me there were none available and gave me a room with two beds instead. Then the Wi‑Fi in the room didn’t work. I asked the staff three times—Wi‑Fi was a top requirement for me and was listed as a facility. Only after my third visit to reception did they offer to move me to another room.

“Renovation”

The staff were the only positive thing. The air conditioner didn’t cool, and the property needs renovation.
