BLUESEA Hotel Los Fiscos

“Un lugar perfecto para descansar”

The staff, especially at the buffet and by the pool, were incredible, great, and unique! Thanks to them we were able to recharge our batteries <3. The rooms were a bit cramped, but we didn’t have any issues because they fixed everything.

“Cock roaches in all the rooms”

The pool looked nice and the guy at the bar was fantastic and a good host. We had booked for two nights; the room was very run‑down, which was fine, but room 1 had multiple cockroaches. The staff said it was normal in Lanzarote, but it was the only place we saw any. They moved us to another room and we found cockroaches again. The staff basically told us to deal with it. As it was 2 am we had to stay that night and book somewhere else for the second night. It was probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Overall the food wasn’t bad and was good. The cleaning was never done, only the bin and linens were changed.

The customer service was friendly and the place was clean. There was no air‑conditioning, it was extremely hot, especially in the buffet area where the AC was present but not working. Also, the food is fine but always the same.

“Get what you pay for.”

The harbour‑side location is great, the staff are fantastic, and I’m a big fan of the food! I really enjoyed it. The first apartment had cockroaches, was disgusting and too warm. We were moved to a second room easily, and that one was much nicer.
