The buggy system is good, but the reception works slowly.

When paying with card, they ask for an additional bank fee. The bedding is not fresh; it seems they don’t change it after guests. There was no toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, or soap. I don’t recommend it, especially for families with children – it will be inconvenient. The beach is very crowded and stinks.

The location is by the beach and close to the airport. We booked two rooms – one with a king‑size bed and one for kids with separate beds. At check‑in, they only set up one room and we had to show our booking to get the second; they gave us a king‑size bed there too. We had to complain at reception because they claimed there were no rooms with separate beds, yet they existed on different floors. We accepted that since we were tired after a long flight. The room cleaning was “average”; it seemed they cleaned just before our arrival, leaving scuffs from the cloth on the countertop that looked awful. We had to wipe it ourselves, and the trash from previous guests was left in the bin. Since we were staying only one night and flying to Phu Quoc the next morning, we didn’t bother to complain further.

The hotel is excellent – everything is new, clean, and the housekeeping comes daily. I liked that there is no musty or moldy smell, unlike many other Vietnamese hotels, and there are no insects in the room. The pool is great, and the nearby sea is very clean with a beautiful shore. The hotel grounds are tidy and green. The only downside is that there is no hot water in the room; the water is only slightly warmer than room temperature, which is a bit uncomfortable but not critical. Also watch the food: the hotel has several cafés/restaurants, but prices are above average and the selection isn’t huge. There are no other restaurants within walking distance, only by taxi. The room only has a kettle and two coffee cups, which was insufficient for me and my child; a microwave would have been nice.
