“The Lukewarm Response To My Hotel Room Lock Breaking Says it All”

The Hotel Imperium and Pool has great Internet service and is a close walking distance to the grocery shopping and other places for shopping. A comfortable couch in the hotel waiting room area to sit on or sleep on if necessary. The key port to my hotel room door broke and I calmly called the hotel line around 444 am this morning and I was able to reach an employee to explain what happened. However no one showed up and so I called within 35 minutes later. It is currently 840am as I write this and I have called at least 7 or 8 times to try to get an employee to come and allow me to return to my room to get my stuff and prepare for checkout

The location is perfect, but the lighting wasn’t very strong.

The rooms are decent, spacious, clean, and well equipped, though they still need finishing touches. Kaufland is a 5‑minute walk, and there’s plenty of parking (unless it’s a wedding and everything is taken). I booked three rooms a month in advance, but the owner forgot to mention that the hotel is actually above an event hall! We stayed there unaware, and the owner didn’t say that during that weekend an event was scheduled where music played until 3 am, which vibrated our beds and made it impossible to sleep. Avoid this hotel if you’re not part of the event. I don’t understand why the owner lists this location on Booking when the ground floor has wedding events with loud music. If you have no alternative and want to stay here, ask beforehand if any event is scheduled for that period before booking.

For the price, the rooms were quite large and clean. I’m not going into detail, but because they’re under renovation/modernization, there were some inconveniences.
