Quartos do Marquês

“So-so”

The location was good. However, based on the information and photos provided, many guests might think the room has its own private bathroom when booking. In reality the bathroom is shared. The presentation could mislead guests, and I was one of those who misunderstood the details when reserving.

The location is excellent.

The location was fine. The shared bathroom was hard to find clean.

“Fantastic position, very clean,an enormous bed and brilliant value for money”

The kitchen was great for making breakfast, but we opted to dine at a fantastic restaurant just next door. There was nothing to complain about.

“Gradevole”

I really appreciated the friendliness and willingness of Fernando, the owner, and the lady in charge of the house, which made me feel at home. Having shared bathrooms for some rooms is inconvenient even though the instructions are very clear; unfortunately not everyone follows them. The property isn’t to blame, but perhaps guests should receive written guidance on caring for common areas.
