“Convenient for the bus station”

The place sits close to the bus station and the showers are decent. The bed was cramped and uncomfortable. It was noisy because travelers woke up early for the bus and decided to shout at each other at 5am. The roof terrace listed is actually just a laundry area. The neighborhood feels a bit sketchy.

“Buena estadia”

The price is very good, but the room almost lacks natural light.

“No volvería.”

The only thing I liked was that they let us store our luggage while we visited Laguna de la Cocha. The staff’s service was terrible. The beds were extremely hard; we asked for a change and the new ones were only slightly less hard, still very uncomfortable. I woke up sore from the bad night I had.

“Excelente servicio”

I really liked this hotel: 1) the warmth of its staff, 2) the cleanliness—it's a very clean hotel, 3) the value for money, 4) the rooms are very pleasant. It has a superb view of the beautiful Galeras volcano, and I highly recommend it—10/10. Everything was perfect.

It was a very good experience. The hotel is affordable, well‑located, with clean rooms and excellent service. The staff were always friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back.
