We booked last minute and were happy to pick Ru Boutique; the staff greeted us warmly and were very helpful. The restaurant food was fantastic, and they left lovely towel art on our bed that the kids adored. The hotel is conveniently close to Kandy centre and is a beautiful colonial building with gorgeous décor. Nothing to complain about—everything was amazing.

Ottimo room even though the bathroom was a bit small. Fantastic location if you want to walk around town. Colonial style, a somewhat small pool. Attentive and always friendly staff. Definitely recommend for lovers of colonial style.

The décor, comfort, staff friendliness and flowers were great. The bathroom was too small for a family room, and the road was too close.

Lovely hotel. Bedrooms were very high quality. Excellent central covered ‘courtyard’ area. Very tasty breakfast. Super-helpful and friendly staff. Thoroughly recommended

The place felt very cozy and beautiful, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner of typical Sri Lankan dishes; breakfast served at the table was extremely generous and of high quality, and Thilina from the staff was exceptionally kind throughout our stay.
