The place was great and the vibe was good. The music was loud until late at night, the alarm was on and we couldn’t leave. They should try to fix it, but it stayed warm.

Breakfast wasn’t included in the rate, but you can grab a generous spread at the Ristorante for a fair price. We ran into trouble driving in, yet the staff on site helped us out. Thanks!

Stuck in the old town, the bathroom comes with a bidet and a lovely shower, and the room has a coffee machine stocked with plenty of good capsules, plus tea, juice, and mineral Guetsli—ideal for a no‑breakfast booking (Zölliakie). The reserved parking is cheap but a little out of the way, and the free Wi‑Fi is solid. On the downside, the place is very noisy, both inside the house and from the street, since it's a 14th‑century building; the TV offers more than 100 channels but none in German, and there’s no radio.

The room was nice, the spot is great and just a short walk from the train station. Loved the welcome pack! I wish I could have stayed more than one night to taste their wines.
