“Perfect stay for a few days in Naples”
Perfect location, nicely decorated room, good air‑con, comfy bed and great host. I would come back. The only negative was that the safe was not working.

Spacious room, large bathroom, balcony, top location to go anywhere, quiet near the sea. Supermarket nearby, very friendly host, immediate contact if you need something. Top stay, top location! Everything was perfect.

No breakfast. Location good. Bad experience. The building was hard to find and when we finally located it (with no help from the contact person) it was inside a very dark courtyard building. There was an elevator up to the floor where the property was but no one was there. We had contacted the people to let them know what time we were to arrive and no one was there and no answer on the phone or message. We finally rang and the cleaning person was there and able to let us in. She spoke no English but was able to give us the key to the room. It was not ready and still had the other people's luggage in there. This was well past the agreed check‑in time. When he finally got back to us, we told him that she needed 1.5 hours to finish cleaning. We arranged to be back later and do the check‑in then. He never replied or showed up. I asked about breakfast and he sent us to a cafe that was across the street that we had to pay for (breakfast was supposed to be included). We tried to call and text to see where to leave the keys – no answer. We left them on the desk – let him know and that was it. The room was okay – basic – very large bathroom. Pretty bare bones and no city information in the room or the enclosed area. Never saw anyone except the cleaning person to get keys. Don’t recommend!

I stayed in the quadruple room that faced the inside of the building, and the double bed didn’t have a blackout curtain, so I slept with a lot of light all night. The pillows were basically non‑existent, so higher ones would be appreciated. The place was modern, clean, and the location was perfect for exploring Naples. The host was very kind and helpful.

Good service, renovated apartment. Good location, close to Via Toledo and other places to visit. The building is quite deteriorated with a tiny, old/rusted elevator. Pillows are very hard, and there is a lot of noise at night due to trash removal from street restaurants.
