Clean, convenient to the airport, friendly dining room staff, great shuttle to the airport. The front desk girl during the day seemed a little inexperienced when handling booking services like Priceline.

“Satisfecho”

We were very comfortable; the reception staff were very friendly and always helpful in whatever they could. The proximity to the event was a drawback.

“Lunatic manager likes to send housekeeping into your room while you are sleeping and screams at you.”

There was a bed to sleep in. The manager was a lunatic. Housekeeping entered our room at 6:30 am and woke us up. When confronted, the manager asked if we had our “do not disturb” sign up. Of course we didn’t. It was 6:30 am. He said housekeeping was checking “to see if we were in there.” So creepy. My kids were in that room. When I questioned the manager on this practice he screamed and pointed in my face, repeating “you’re done.” If you like being threatened and having people come into your room while you sleep, staying here might meet your needs. Definitely not for us. We will most likely never stay in a Hilton again after this incident.

The shuttle was great and we loved that we could all get there. The bar drinks were expensive.

The hotel is right next to the airport, which made my travel hassle‑free.
