The room was spacious and well‑equipped, and the pool and spa were really good. The owner was happy to meet all our requests, and everything about the room was satisfactory.

The studio was clean, and checking in was smooth and flexible—no reception line to wait in. The staff were polite, and the ski‑rental guy on the ground floor was a real treat. However, the price didn’t feel worth it; the pool was too cold and the restaurant food was pretty mediocre for what we paid.

Everything matched the listing, but I was expecting a hotel and ended up with a private studio instead. The reception staff were unhelpful and wouldn’t let me use their phone.

The apartment was spotless and tidy, which was great. But the owner only talked on the phone, the key was locked in a code box, and the power kept cutting out—especially weird since the hotel had electricity. It ruined our romantic getaway, so we left early feeling very disappointed.
