The Arnoma Hotel Bangkok is situated near 10 shopping malls, including Gaysorn next door and Central World Plaza across the road. The hotel features indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness centre, hot tub, and sauna. Air-conditioned rooms offer city views, cable TV, and tea/coffee facilities. Trattoria Felice and Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant serve Italian and seafood cuisine, respectively.

The place was good, and the breakfast was nice; we only ate breakfast at the hotel, and it was pleasant. The rooms were clean and the staff very cordial—thanks. The only issue was that they don’t serve room service; I checked in tired and sick, didn’t have the energy to go out, and couldn’t get any food, even a warm soup for dinner. That’s the only feedback about food. The access card malfunctioned a couple of times, but otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel sits right in front of Central World, next to Big C Ratchadamri, and is within walking distance from BTS Thong Lo station, making it very convenient. The breakfast selection isn’t huge, but it was tasty. The breakfast area was relatively quiet with few noisy continental guests, so it felt comfortable. It’s close to Central World and the Intercontinental Hotel, which are used as meeting points for day‑tour groups. The building seems recently renovated, yet it’s still old, so there are few power outlets. There’s a kettle, but the outlet isn’t nearby and you can’t find one close by. The thermostat sensor on the air‑conditioning unit seems faulty; changing the set temperature doesn’t affect its operation.

The location is perfect for visiting Bangkok’s biggest shopping centres, the staff are courteous and helpful, and the rooms are spacious.
