I had a wonderful stay at Atel Relais and couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to Rome. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to check in early after travelling. They also recommended places to eat and provided a map and easy directions which was so helpful. The room was extremely clean, peaceful and quiet and as a solo female traveller I felt completely safe & comfortable throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to the Vatican and public transport, while still being a lovely quiet place to come back to. One of the best places I’ve stayed. The genuine warmth and hospitality really made my first days in Italy feel special. I would absolutely stay here again! Nothing negative.

“Fantastic room, convinient location, modern and safe!”

Safety, super clean, modern, comfortable with a kitchenette, and they were so friendly and welcoming. I hope to come to Rome again soon and for sure would try to find a room here again. Walking distance to the Vatican, wonderful restaurants close by.

“Great place”

We had a very pleasant stay here. Mateo was incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is located in a quieter area, away from the crowds, while still being within walking distance of the Vatican, which we really enjoyed. The room was on the smaller side, but it didn’t bother us much at all, especially since we were out exploring most of the time. The breakfast was also good and a nice way to start the day before heading out to explore Rome. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated Mateo’s kindness and hospitality. Thank you for making our time in Rome a pleasant one!

We stayed at this hotel for a few days while visiting Rome and had a really great experience. The location was perfect - many of the main attractions were within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy. Metro was nearby, just as the bus stations. The room was very clean, and the area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful, so we could get a good rest after spending the day walking around Rome. I would like to mention the staff separately, everyone was incredible, very polite, kind and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was great!! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when coming back to Rome. Highly recommended!.
