The décor was amazing, the room size was just right, and the hammam offered essential oils, yet the check‑in was too late (we were lucky to get our room ready at 12 pm). Breakfast lacked bread variety, and the spa, while open to children, gets noisy and no one asks parents to quiet down.

The experience at the refuge was unique, set in an idyllic setting with very friendly, attentive staff and high‑standard equipment, especially the SPA. Still, the restaurant service had some shortcomings; the young team needs more professionalism, which I believe will improve with practice. Compared to the price and the hotel’s standing, this remains an area that needs improvement.

The hotel is stunning and the rooms are well‑furnished! The only drawback that should be addressed is the dinner menu, but the staff are very friendly. The manager said changes will be made to the dinner.

A timeless setting with a private bowling lane that made the stay feel special, a superb spa pool and hearty meals, though the visit felt far too brief.
