The location is quiet, not affected by the public loudspeakers, yet it’s easy to reach restaurants and the city center; the front desk is flexible with early check‑in (11:30) because a room was available; the owner keeps the rooms tidy and changes the linens daily; all services are fully supported, especially the motorbike rentals, which are new and flexible for pick‑up and drop‑off; the soundproofing is zero, not good at all.
