The location, cleanliness, staff responsiveness, and breakfast catering to all tastes were great. A few minor details didn’t matter, like the lack of a tissue in the room.

Overall, the stay was good: rooms were clean, cleaning was quick, and the two rooms are connected by an open doorway, making it a solid choice for a group of 3 or 4. The free VinBus service was also very convenient for airport transfers. I wasn’t sure about the rules for bringing in outside food; I wanted to buy fruit at the supermarket but decided not to because I wasn’t sure if it was allowed. I also didn’t have a Vietnamese phone number, so I asked reception to make a spa reservation for me, but I never received a confirmation call. If you plan to book a spa through the hotel, double‑check with reception to ensure the reservation is confirmed.
