The rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean. Around the hotel there were many restaurants and local spots to eat and shop, which was great.

The cabins were fairly new, charmingly decorated, and clean. The different types of cabins were nicely spread out in a garden‑like setting. It was very quiet at night, with frogs croaking and birds chirping. The pool was crystal clear, and there were good facilities to shower by the pool. In the lobby you could buy a drink from the fridge. I stayed here for two nights in the low season, so it wasn’t very busy, which probably helped keep the park calm. A day trip to Ko Samet island was easy, so it’s an excellent base for visiting the island. The beach to the left of the village, within walking distance, is terribly polluted. It’s impossible to swim there because of all the litter and glass shards; the municipality really needs to do something. Luckily Ko Samet is close, and its beaches are clean.
