The location was excellent, close to the street and services were easily reachable. Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Burak and Murat at reception and the restaurant crew. They even extended my checkout time by two hours, for which I am very grateful. The only drawback was the small elevator, which only fits one person or two with luggage. The cleanliness also needs more attention; the hotel is great and deserves a cleaning standard that matches its other services.

Everything was perfect! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The location is great and very peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The service here is absolutely top-notch. I mean, it's hard to put into words just how good it was. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. It really made my stay here special.
