The location was good, but the equipment was old, the dishes were dirty, and the owner was very unpleasant on the phone. Overall hygiene was below standard, the fridge was filthy, and the bathroom seals were black. I was really disappointed with this rental.

The apartment wasn’t clean; we found a sock in a room, the bathrooms had chipped sinks, the kitchen had dishes piled up, and the stove didn’t work properly or was barely clean.

The apartment was totally rundown: loose outlets, a split sink, torn sheets, dirty paint, a broken glass door, and the toaster still had the previous tenants’ crumbs. One of the two bathrooms couldn’t be used because it stank horribly from the drain. The landlord said nothing could be done. On the last day at 8:00 a man was in the apartment without knocking, claiming a misunderstanding about check‑out time, according to the landlord.
