“Pessimo soggiorno nessuna corrispondenza con i servizi pubblicizzati assolutamente non consigliato.”
The location was quiet and close to Piazza Duomo, on Via Arco Ricci 13, second floor, near Via Delle Grazie. First, the place advertised on Booking isn’t the one I stayed in; the features that originally drew me—free parking, free Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, shuttle, kettle / coffee machine, hair dryer, balcony or terrace, washing machine and drying rack, disabled access, lounge area, and many others—are missing. The actual accommodation had no standard guest signage, the kitchen lacked dishes and cutlery except for two glasses, and the arrival environment was dirty with unemptied trash bags. It presented itself as a single bedroom with a TV, and a separate kitchenette with a small table, two chairs, a toilet, and a bathroom without windows. The room had a double bed and a single bed, both with mattresses and pillows that were really uncomfortable. The included breakfast was served at a bar 500 m away; I stayed two nights: the first morning the bar was open and I could use the service, the second morning the bar was closed.
The owner is a wonderful person. There is no air conditioning.

The spot is great for exploring the city, and it’s a decent place if you’re not looking for anything fancy. The breakfast could use a lot of work – it’s more of a bed and coffee than a proper B&B, especially since the only brioche at the bar was pretty low quality. Parking is a bit of a stretch, but with some luck you’ll find a spot.

I stayed in a centrally located place right in the heart of the nightlife hub. The building feels a bit old and the doors look antiquated, and when I tried to return to my room I couldn’t get in because the lock had been closed from the inside; that needs fixing.
