The location is great, the balcony offers a view of the sea. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are very large and good.

The new hotel has large rooms, daily linen changes, and a great location for swimming: the nearest beach is right at the hotel, and Valdanos and Velikiy beaches are very close. It has its own parking, which is essential for travelers with cars in a city like Ulycin where parking is difficult. The staff are top‑class, very attentive and friendly, so I recommend it! Everything was liked.

“Wir würden wieder kommen.”

The location is great, the beach is directly in front of the hotel but separated by a road. Breakfast was very good, a la carte plus. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Everything was clean, modern, yet cozy. The garage is inside the building. The old town is reachable by a short walk. The on‑site restaurant is also recommended. The garage entrance is a bit narrow and the hotel has no elevator.

The staff worked hard to meet our breakfast requests. The breakfast was served in a bar open to everyone, with very limited choices.

The location and staff were good. Sara’s accompaniment was very friendly and helped me with a taxi; she also lifted my suitcase upstairs. The restaurant served me breakfast twice, even though I stayed only one night. As in any place, people matter most, and the hotel team excels in that regard. The towels felt like sandpaper; they are probably very old. There was no shampoo, cotton pads, or dental kit—basic items that hotels at that price should provide.
