“Convenient City Location and Good Value for Money”

I liked the hotel’s central location in Nairobi’s CBD, which made it easy for a business traveler like me to get around and reach nearby offices. It offered good value and was a practical choice for my trip. The shower temperature was inconsistent; sometimes it was warm, other times too cold or not hot enough, so better hot‑water consistency would improve the experience.

I appreciate the hotel as it stands, especially the nicely furnished room, but the location isn't great, kitchen service is sluggish, and the base rooms feel commercial, raising concerns about theft and security.

The hotel sits right in Nairobi's CBD, making it super convenient, and the elevator works smoothly; downstairs security and a 24‑hour reception are reassuring, while the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The stay was ordinary, but getting into the hotel was tricky because the building access was confusing; we had to be escorted to the reception, and after about two hours the power went out and never came back.
