“UNA EXPERIENCIA DE LO PEOR”

The spot is close to Plaza de Pradollano, which is great. But staying there felt like a total disrespect to guests; rooms were in terrible disrepair, furniture was ancient, mattresses and pillows were expired. The breakfast buffet that was supposed to be included was an absolute disaster, everything was low quality—even the bread. To top it off, the coffee machine had a sign saying “NO HAY CAFÉ”; when we asked the waitress, she smiled and said the machine had been out of service for over a week, as if they were laughing at us with this kind of lodging.

“Buen hotel para esquiar o no .”

The price‑to‑quality ratio and location were solid. The only downside was that the access was a bit inconvenient.

“Basic and clean rooms. Needs some TLC as very dated feel. But cheap and perfect for a few days to stay.”

The room we had was spacious and had a dividing wall from the kids beds. Was only here for 2 nights. Food was not the best. I understand at the time we went there was a lot of staff that had left the resort as the snow was so bad there were no tourists. Didn’t accommodate for Allergies very well. Staff pleasant

“Excellent value for a short break at the end of the season”

Location and easy slope access were very convenient; the lift needs an upgrade and was temperamental. The staff were very hospitable.
