There was no hot water for bathing, the AC didn’t work, and the staff were rude and unhelpful.

I enjoyed the food from the ground‑level restaurant. Frankly, the washroom was poor; the jet flush was broken and the room was swarming with mosquitoes. The AC remote for room 103 didn’t work well, and the staff there lacked customer‑service skills and should receive training. Overall, for the price, the experience was disappointing, and the image and description on the booking app didn’t match at all.
