A shout out to the front office staff (2 Indian ladies). They are super warm and welcoming.Polite, informative and accommodating

I liked Entahla, but overall it was disappointing.

The room was good.

There was no window, but the staff were all very friendly and the room was large and clean, though the lack of a window remained a drawback.
