The location, coffee, staff, and DJ were all great, with no negatives.

The spot is spot on—right next to public transit, Lumen Field, Pike’s Place, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Their “whatever/whenever” button on the phones works great. When we asked for computer cords and towels, they arrived immediately. The room was a decent size with a nice view, the lobby had fruit to grab, a small fridge, and a roomy closet. Luggage storage was handy. The beds were full size instead of the usual queen, and the sheets kept slipping off—annoying. I requested the beds be remade and the mattress cover replaced because it had a large stain that wasn’t ours, but they didn’t swap the cover and the bed was made poorly, leaving the bottom sheet half‑up the bed. The beds were okay but not great in comfort. The bathroom had mildew in the shower, hair on the toilet and floor upon arrival, a small countertop, no drawers, and no hooks.

The location is good. It felt like the staff were short‑staffed, and the bathroom lacked a vent.

“Appropriate business accommodations close to good restaurants and minutes from the office.”

The suite was spacious, with a comfy king‑size bed, plenty of pillows, and a lounge seat. It had a full bath and a vanity mirror. The onsite fitness center was small, though. The view was unattractive, looking out onto a parking garage, and the interior lighting was low.

“Overall good.”

The location, cleanliness, and staff were all solid. However, the pajama set went missing—probably with the sheets—and I never heard back from the staff. The tub felt unsafe; it was high and slippery with nothing to hold onto.
