“Hospedagem perfeita”

I liked everything, everyone is very polite and always willing to help; it was the best stay I’ve ever had, I have nothing to complain about, it was perfect. I could spend hours trying to find something bad to say, but there was none.

“Péssima experiência.”

The photos are misleading; the place looks nothing like them. There’s no minibar, no wardrobe, no place to hang clothes, no towel hook in the bathroom, no shower curtain or box, no spot to rest items in the bathroom, and the sheets and blankets are very old. The bathroom water main had to be shut off because the shower valve didn’t seal and water kept running—absurd! When I asked for a glass and a knife, they didn’t have any to lend. A total letdown.

“Melhor custo-benefício.”

The staff were very helpful and polite. Since I only stayed one night, the visit was calm. I arrived early and they let me check in ahead of schedule—great value for money. Nothing that would stop me from returning.
