The beds were comfortable, but the property smelled terrible, the shower had no water pressure, the food was average, and the staff were less than friendly; note that communal washers and dryers are available.

Nothing positive to note; I couldn’t find reservations, it took over an hour to check in, wet paint from the lobby got all over the kids, and housekeeping didn’t properly clean the room.

Close to the Disney parks and the beds were comfortable, but the shower wouldn’t drain so you had to time your shower to avoid overflow, and the handle wouldn’t stay, forcing the shower to be either scaldingly hot or freezing cold.
