Very good contact with the owner. A good place for the money. Clean.

The check‑in was straightforward and contactless, the rooms and common areas were clean and warm, and there was a sink in the room, but the bed creaked.

I appreciated the quiet environment—no noise at all—but the high floor was an issue because of my physical problems.

The owner was very responsive. Even though check‑in was scheduled for 15:00, he let me into the room at 13:00 because my arrival had unexpectedly sped up.
