Cleanliness and privacy. Nothing else, everything was fine.

The pool and green area were lovely, but there was a noticeable smell of damp and dust.

The room was comfortable, the hotel is centrally located, and the staff were excellent. I liked the fridge, the bed was large and firm—great for my back—and the pool was small, but we didn’t have time to use it. The shower needs to be replaced or at least cleaned of limescale.

“Good value, will stay here again”

The staff were friendly, the location is decent, and the property is clean. The only downside was waking up eye to eye with a scorpion—classic Yucatan charm.
