“Not a good experience. Won’t stay here again”

The location was convenient for shops, a café, and pizza, but there was no staff present and they ignored calls and messages. The stove in the kitchen was broken, and we weren't told about that at check‑in, so we spent money on groceries to cook. The door handle fell off when I opened it, and we were charged $40 euros for a late check‑in, which feels steep.

“Catastrophe”

Nothing positive to note. The street noise was constant, the garbage chute was leaking, the extractor was noisy and ineffective, the shower dripped onto the floor and was tiny, and the building’s garbage area was dirty.

“Alloggio triste”

There was almost nothing good. I didn’t like the bathroom, which is meant for disabled guests but can’t be accessed by wheelchair because it doesn’t fit the elevator. Also, the air‑conditioning units in two rooms require manual draining of the condensate.

The room was well equipped with almost all essential comforts, the air‑conditioning worked, and the shower was functional. The location was strategic and the breakfast was good. The shared kitchen’s stove was not working and the cleaning was rough. Trash wasn’t taken out regularly, and the linens and towels were changed only once. Additionally, the kitchen sink kept hot water running continuously if left on too long and wouldn’t cool.
