“Hotel cu personal de slaba calitate”

The room was clean and well equipped, though the mattresses should be replaced. I came from Germany on the highway and booked a one‑night stay, paying 80 euros. I noticed the check‑out was at 10 AM, which seemed unreasonable for a late‑night arrival. I asked the hotel to let me stay until 12:00, citing that I arrived late and needed rest. They replied they couldn’t because they had guests waiting. I pointed out check‑in was at 15:00, giving them three hours to clean. They said the waiting tourists wanted to check in earlier. I was furious, feeling like an unpaid guest. I arrived at 1:30 AM and slept until 3:00 AM. At 09:00 I woke and left the room at 10:00 AM. Reception handed me a 9‑euro city‑tax invoice. I was annoyed and replied I’d paid the room with my card and didn’t want any extra fees. On the way out I kept getting messages telling me to pay that tax, but I refused and paid nothing more.
