“極度不滿意”

The actual lodging didn’t match the booking, lacked a valid homestay certificate, the bathroom was dirty with urine stains on the shared toilet, the door had been broken for nearly two months and still wasn’t fixed, making entry and exit difficult; the elevator’s first‑floor indicator light was broken and hadn’t been repaired, so guests were told not to use the stairs even though the elevator could reach the first floor; overall the stay was unpleasant.

When problems arose, the experience felt bad and the host was unreachable—his number went to voicemail, raising doubts about a scam (the payment was a private transfer, not through Booking). The next morning he came to explain and arrange a toilet repair. Issues included: 1) the four‑person room door wouldn’t close properly, the lock was broken, the gap was obvious, the key was bent and deformed, posing safety, privacy, and noise concerns; other guests on the stairs could see inside, and the landlord’s upstairs private area had a TV on full volume that leaked sound (though no one was watching). The landlord said the door could be closed but it was warped and required force; this wasn’t explained at check‑in. 2) the toilet flush required multiple pushes; the landlord’s electrician fixed it the next day. 3) the duvet had a stain, which the landlord claimed was from the printing ink on the bedding logo—an unavoidable, raw spot that can’t be washed, but a professional laundry service would clean it. The landlord arrived around 7 a.m. to address the issues.
