they did not offer to store our luggage for more than 1h the day of check out

The location is excellent—no need for extra taxis or tuk‑tuks to get anywhere, and the beach is right next to the property. The staff were very helpful, and several local tour operators are nearby. The only drawback is that the beach is located directly opposite the property.

The place is well located, but my room only had one socket and we were greeted by a large cockroach.
