The experience was terrible. Finding the Riad was extremely difficult, causing a painful arrival. Unfortunately, the reception was not helpful at all; we were met with a cold and unpleasant attitude. After an already complicated journey, we would have appreciated more availability, friendliness, and professionalism.

The room was clean and had air conditioning. However, the room was not very comfortable, and there was nothing to cover anything when showering.
The taxes and fees were already deducted during payment on Booking, but when I went to the accommodation, the person in charge asked for an additional fee, demanding I pay 100 dirhams more than I had already paid. I refused.
“Calidad precio OK”
The location is close to the center. The cleaning was poor and it was hard to find the place.
“À éviter.”
The Riad isn’t far from the square, and the host contacts us directly. The Riad is very hard to locate; we turned around for an hour, and a local finally guided us but then demanded money. When we arrived, the host said nothing, and there was no check‑in or check‑out process, no identity verification, no communication at all. I’ve traveled worldwide and never seen anything like this; it’s unsettling. I suspect it’s a “black” Riad, as we say back home. We left without saying anything because no one was there at departure. The equipment is outdated. In short, avoid it.
