Fantastic breakfast. Very few lanes, unfortunately also in bad condition, in the pool area.
“Serviço impecável e relaxamento total num palácio incrível”
I stayed for four nights and the service was flawless, making it the most relaxing stay I could have imagined. I loved how the palace’s charm blended with elegant décor, creating a very beautiful and cozy hotel. The spa and the 24‑hour open pool were the real highlights, perfect for rainy days. Breakfast was superb, featuring an enormous selection of high‑quality items. Coupled with the friendly and available staff, everything was impeccable. I definitely recommend it!

Everything was great, except the pillows were too high and there were too few trash cans in the outdoor area.

Being in the centre of Lousã was perfect, the comfort level high, breakfast incredibly thorough, the bar pleasant, and the palace with its four halls impressive in its grandeur and history; the only downside was the lack of electric‑car charging.
“Relaxar na serra”
Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of local products. The staff were very attentive and caring. The bed was large and quite comfortable. The spa area and the pleasant outdoor pool were great. It was a perfect rest stop for visiting the granite villages. Food at the hotel’s Raiz restaurant was outstanding. The bathtub in the bathroom is high and narrow. Occasionally you can hear noise from other rooms, but it’s a restored palace. The pool area could use more lounge chairs, even if it’s on the lawn.
