What a unique spot! The location is one of a kind, and the people make the stay unforgettable—an amazing hostess and incredibly friendly staff who welcomed us with so much warmth that we felt truly at home. Absolutely a must‑visit!

“Прекрасный ресторан Kera и ужасный отель”

Pros: The only positives were the restaurant and its service. After check‑in, a kettle and tea from the restaurant were brought to the room on request. The food quality and dinner service were truly good. I especially thank Ekaterina, who worked in the restaurant, for excellent evening service, warm care, and for fixing my breakfast issue. She also arranged a taxi to the city center and even drove me to the car. 🙏❤ Cons: There was no hot water in the shower and the room TV didn’t work. The room and balcony were empty—no chair inside, no table or seating on the balcony. The music from the restaurant was very loud, making it impossible to sleep until midnight. What upset me most was that the hotel didn’t provide the breakfast that was included in the price. It seemed I was the only guest in the hotel; I saw no one on the second floor during my entire stay. The management simply didn’t bother to organize breakfast for a single person—complete disrespect to the client. The room price was far too high, and there was very little comfort 😥

“Excellent restaurant and wonderful manager, Ekaterina”

The restaurant was excellent and very cosy. The initial lukewarm welcome and the lack of hot water throughout the four nights were fully offset by the warmth, friendliness, and professionalism of the manager, Katerina, and one waiter, Alexander (Alika), as well as the high quality of food and the warm smiles of the kitchen staff. The rest of the restaurant team were also very professional and attentive. The only downside was that we were told there was no laundry service and that we couldn’t use the washing machine, but I’m sure Ekaterina would have solved this if we had met her instead of the people who “welcomed” us first.

Super je vse razen lokacije v prostoru. Okolica je grozna. Z ene strani veliki rastlinjaki z druge stari ruski stanovanjski bloki.Prav bi bilo da se vsi še malo posvetijo znanju tujih jezikov. Google vas ne pripelje do objekta temveč med staro razturano naselje. Dodajte še kakšno usnerjevalno tablo ma pro⁹99

“Überraschend perfekter Aufenthalt in einem Museum-Hotel-Restaurant”

Everything. Basically a hotel with a restaurant and a museum (as far as I understand, the owner rebuilt his parents’ house and his wife’s house here). The restaurant is great, as is the breakfast, and the staff are extremely diligent. We were the only overnight guests. Nothing else.
