The staff were outstanding, keep it up! Breakfast was superb with fresh products from their bakery. There was a bit of noise because we were next to the road.

The morning noise was annoying; the new building is poorly designed acoustically. The shower cubicle was cramped.

“Top ++++”

The female staff were super friendly, the room was great, and breakfast was top. They also run a bar with excellent baked goods; we ordered a pizza in the evening and they let us sit outside with our own cutlery and drinks. I would recommend it to everyone. They even let us bring our bikes into the room. Thanks, you’re fantastic—keep it up. Unfortunately, it’s next to a busy road, but you can sleep with a few earplugs if you’re not used to traffic noise.

“Struttura molto bella, ma accoglienza da migliorare!”

The building is very pretty, but the welcome could be better. The property is well maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is large and functional. Breakfast was also very good, varied and plentiful. Unfortunately the experience was ruined by the reception. While traveling to the hotel from more than 300 km away, we got stuck in an exceptionally heavy traffic jam near the Swiss border and in the Lodi stretch. For fairness we called to let them know we would be late. The lady we spoke to answered in very aggressive tones, calling us “rude” without letting us explain. We understand the need to respect reception hours, but a client who informs promptly of an unforeseen delay deserves a kinder and more professional treatment. In the end we had to send our documents via WhatsApp while still on the road, and later we were sent a code to access the property on our own. That could have been offered from the start, in a simple and friendly way, since my phone number was already on the booking. The booking said reception was open until 21:00 and with such a long trip, traffic or delays are not always predictable. We do not dispute the house rules, but the way we were treated when we tried to warn about our delay is disappointing. The quality of the property, rooms and breakfast would have earned a higher rating if the staff had been gentler and more helpful.
