The location is great, but the facilities feel a bit dated.

“Não voltaria”

The entrance was oddly strange; I never imagined it would be a hotel. Inside, it was normal, but the room was quite small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was generous and tasty, and the location was fine—just a 15‑minute walk to the boat/bus station and restaurants. It was very noisy, though; you could hear neighbors snoring and the whole hallway at night. The bathroom was old and smelled bad, and the bed was uncomfortable (though that’s personal).

The location is beautiful, the staff very nice, the breakfast great, and the room lovely.

“Ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit italienischem Flair”

The hotel sits nicely right on the free beach and about a 10‑minute walk from the main street and Lido harbor, so you’re close to Venice or the beach. The staff were friendly and we liked the breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you’d expect: a hair dryer, a nice rain shower, a fridge, and a large double bed. The hotel looked tidy and modern, not outdated. A big plus was the bike‑rental service, which we used 👍. The rooms were a bit noisy; we had unlucky neighbors who snored loudly, which was quite annoying. The drain smelled a bit like sewage, but nothing too disruptive.
