Everything was perfect. The staff were attentive and the location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance. Nothing to complain about.

I liked the staff, very friendly and attentive. The location is great compared to the museum neighbourhood. The cleaning was missed for one day.

“Slecht”

The location was fantastic—right on the canal, absolutely beautiful. However, I paid a steep price for the room and expected more in return. There was no air‑conditioning, and the bathroom was terrible—tiny and far from comfortable. The interior also let me down; for example, the bathroom trash bin was a plastic bucket with a pedal‑operated bag inside, looking very cheap. For a canal‑side hotel at that price for one night, I anticipated greater comfort and luxury. I won’t be returning.
