Finding food right next to the hotel was easy and the staff were friendly. However, the hotel really needs to step up its facilities: there was no iron in the room, and I had to request one. The room’s cleanliness was also lacking—there was a lot of dust, used tissues left behind, and the bedsheet had obvious yellow stains that made the room feel unpleasant. On top of that, guests outside my room made a lot of noise at night, talking loudly and knocking bottles together, which made me suspect they were drinking. While guests should be allowed to enjoy themselves, the hotel should enforce a reasonable noise level during rest hours. Overall, I hope the hotel improves room cleanliness, provides basic amenities, and controls noise better for future guests.
