I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were the highlight of my experience, especially Nozima, Ms. Nukte, and Bibars. They were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would happily stay here again!

The rooms are spacious and the reception staff are good, but the cleaning service is slow, the bedding is unclean, the restaurant food is simple and the staff are stiff, and the room‑service options are limited and expensive.

The service staff is unique and incredibly friendly—truly commendable! Everything is spotless and up to date. The rooms are well maintained, spacious, and the beds are super comfortable. There’s even a pillow menu. The view from the Bosporus Suite over the Bosporus Bridge is beautiful.
