“They didn’t let us stay there!! BAD!!”

They claimed our reservation was cancelled. I showed my confirmation number, but they insisted everything was cancelled. We never stayed there.

They didn’t have my reservation, so nothing was available. I paid via Venmo and lost my money; I’ll book elsewhere next time.

“I would never stay there again”

There was no breakfast, and even if there had been, we wouldn’t have eaten it because everything was filthy. I booked a room with three queen beds three months ahead for $58 plus tax, but upon arrival they said we had no reservation and offered a room with two beds for $147 plus tax. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and some outlets didn’t work.

“Bamboozled”

The bathroom smelled like bleach but was very clean. I felt tricked when I checked in and was told my reservation was cancelled for certain months, despite having a confirmation and no prior notice. They offered a room at nearly double the original price, and because a popular event was happening, I had no alternative and had to pay. The room was rough and not worth the cost. Trains ran on tracks behind the motel every two to three hours, causing the room to shake.

“Ended up back up the road at the Cobblestone, barely got the last room available.”

The hotel was closed when I arrived, with no staff present, and it simply wasn’t open for business.
